What is your typical project timeline?
It depends on scope. A cloud migration for a mid-size SaaS typically takes 3-6 months. An ML prototype-to-production project is usually 2-4 months. We scope carefully upfront so there are no surprises.
Do you work with early-stage startups?
Yes, but selectively. We look for teams who have strong product conviction and are ready to invest in infrastructure. Our minimum engagement is $4,500/month.
Can we start with a smaller engagement?
Absolutely. Many clients start with the Advisory plan or a one-off architecture audit ($2,500 flat fee) to validate the fit before committing to a longer engagement.
Do you offer equity arrangements?
For very early-stage companies (pre-Seed), we occasionally do cash + equity. Reach out and let's talk.
What happens if we need to scale up or down?
Our monthly plans can be adjusted with 30 days notice. We design engagements to be flexible.
